Hand-stitched “large square scale” black leather strap with diamond-set 18-carat pink gold AP folding clasp. 423 brilliant-cut diamonds; ~3.83 carats (case, bezel, lugs and buckle) 151 diamonds; ~0.40 carats (dial).
